We ordered this for our friends wedding. They were easy to work with from the start and sent it quickly. It was well packaged and exactly as I pictured it would be. It didn't sit flat so I contacted the owners and let them know, they were absolutely wonderful and very quickly offered multiple solutions as well as a refund for part of the board! Fabulous customer service and a perfect cutting block for a gift! I highly recommend!
