Welcome to OSOhome. We hope you enjoy the uniqueness of each product that we create. All wood products are unique with varying colours and grains.
We accept payment via Direct Checkout and PayPal. All of our products are made to order and must be paid for in full before products will be processed.
Please contact us asap if an order needs to be canceled. If you cancel your order after the item has been engraved, but not yet shipped, we can only refund the shipping cost.
In our efforts to be environmentally responsible, we do not include receipts with the order unless requested as they are available to print from your own computer.
Shipping and Transit Time:
Our current processing time is 5 to 7 business days after proof approval.
All CANADIAN orders ship via Canada Post with a typical 2-6 business day transit time depending on your location. Upgraded shipping is also available, please inquire for details. Tracking information will be sent with each shipping confirmation.
All USA orders ship via USPS or FedEx from Buffalo, NY with a typical 2-4 business day transit time depending on your location. Tracking information will be sent with each shipping confirmation.
Canadian orders have $100 insurance included and USA orders have $50 insurance included in the shipping cost. If your order is valued at more, you can request additional insurance and it will be added to the cost.
All OTHER countries orders are shipped by the most cost effective by air method. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address on the part of the customer, the buyer must pay an additional shipping charge to ship the item out again and in Canada, any Canada Post charges for the returned package. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT before placing your order.

Due to the custom nature of our business, refunds will be given only in the event of a lost / non-delivered package (not a late delivered package as we cannot guarantee delivery dates, only our shipment dates). Personalized boards are non-refundable. In the event a board arrives damaged our policy is to offer a replacement only. With use your board will lose its initial unmarked appearance, some of which can be restored by giving it a quick scuff with fine grit (220 or 320) sandpaper (be sure to sand along the direction of the grain).
We make every effort to help ensure safe delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 48hrs of receiving the package including an image of the damaged item. Your item will be replaced asap.

*Proof provided within 1-2 days of order placement - if we do not receive a response within 5 business days the order will be engraved as requested to the best of our understanding.
*All shipping deadlines are from the date of proof approval, not the date the order is placed.
*We do not create sample designs unless the order has been placed and paid in full. There is no extra charge for basic changes to existing designs or preapproved designs agreed upon prior to ordering. All other modifications or new designs are subject to additional charges.
